AskGoogle promotion offers the opportunity to win a prize with no purchase necessary. Search for content by way of a search website that uses Google’s search engine . During a normal search , either on AskGoogle.net’s website or from the search results page after requesting a search, an animated logo of catch max may appear. At that time and only then is when you caught Max, click on the logo and you will be requested to provide your email address which will be used to generate a 4 digit one of a kind user ID code, this is your referral code for you to share on social network services such as Facebook , Twitter and to any social media, email, phone, even your own websites and or any other legal ways to get followers, friends, or your website users to enter your 4 digit user ID code. The ID code with the most referrals ( at least 10 referrals are required ) will win the prize.
Use Of
AskGoogle.net Services shall be used in compliance with the relevant local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. AskGoogle.net prohibits use of its services by minors under 13 years of age and reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration and or username according to discretion. You agree that use of the Services may include the access and use of, links, content, and information from Third Party Services. Use of Third Party Services is liable to terms and conditions and policies set by such Third Party Services.
Spam
Generating spam or encouraging individuals to engage in spam or abuse is strictly prohibited.
Anyone found to have created multiple accounts in order to increase their chances of winning, or anyone who posts entries in excess of any spaming of Third Party Services rules will be disqualified from the Promotion.

You hereby release Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and any other social media and its affiliates from any liability associated with the Promotion and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Facebook, Twitter, other social media, its parent corporation’s, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) the use of and access to Facebook, Twitter, other social media for the Promotion; (ii) your violation of any term of this Promotion Policy or any other Facebook, Twitter, other social media policies; (iii) any violation within the Promotion of any third party right, including any copyright, property, publicity (including defamation), or privacy right; (iv) any claim from any third party relating to or arising from the Promotion including for any prizes awarded or the failure to award such prizes; or (v) any claim that the Promotion violates any law, rule, or regulation.
Termination of Services
AskGoogle may terminate or suspend any Services without notice resulting from breach any of the terms or conditions of these Terms. Upon such termination rights to access the Services and any Content will cease immediately. All provisions stated within these Terms shall survive termination, including, and not limited to warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and ownership provisions.
Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any action undertaken are governed by and construed according to United States law.
All legal proceedings claims or litigation relating to the subject matter stated in these Terms shall be brought solely in the United States and subject to your consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection.
Upon request AskGoogle may disclose your personal information to any national or governmental agency in compliance with any legal process.
Both parties agree that these Terms comprise in its entirety the exclusive mutual understanding between parties and supersedes any and and all previous agreements.
